Epiq Sensor-Nite to cut 15 jobs. |

| Epiq Sensor-Nite , the Leuven based subsidiary of the Epiq Group, said the number of lay-offs following a company restructuring announced earlier this year had been reduced to 15. Epiq Sensor-Nite, which develops and markets exhaust gas sensors enabling the automotive industry to reduce exhausts, said it would preserve its prototyping unit in Haasrode, while the production of sensors for exhausts will be transferred to Bulgaria. Epiq’s key customers for sensors include: Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Ferrari, Fiat, and Peugeot-Citroen. It currently employs approx. 50 staff. |
