Melexis delists on Nasdaq Europe, maintains listing on Euronext Brussels |

| Melexis, the Ypres based integrated semiconductor devices specialist for the automotive industry, has decided to seek a delisting of the shares Melexis on Nasdaq Europe. Since its introduction on Euronext Brussels, the volume of transactions in shares of Melexis N.V. on Nasdaq Europe has decreased. As a result, the costs related to the dual listing on Nasdaq Europe and Euronext Brussels are no longer justified in light of the current economic climate. The delisting of shares of Melexis on Nasdaq Europe will be effective as from closing of the market on January 10th 2003. |
