Trade-Ranger to open European Operations Centre in Brussels

Trade-Ranger, the global marketplace for electronic procurement in the oil, gas and chemicals industries, announced plans to strengthen its presence and expand its service delivery capabilities on a global basis by opening a European office in Brussels in the second quarter of 2003. The new office, which will serve as headquarters for Trade-Ranger's European operations, will be staffed with a number of e-procurement professionals focused on project management, system integration and customer support. Establishing a more visible presence in Europe will further enhance collaboration between buyers and suppliers, facilitate expansion of the company's global reach and continue to drive long-term success. Trade-Ranger's shareholders include: Dow Chemical Repsol, Royal Dutch/Shell Group, Solvay, TotalFinaElf, and BP.
