Aditel acknowledged to manage electronic invoices.

Aditel, the Gent based provider of E-business integration solutions, said it had obtained the authorization of the ministry of Finance to manage electronic invoices for businesses. Until recently companies had to obtain the ministry's approval on an individual basis. Today these companies can make use of Aditel's platform to send, receive and archive their invoices electronically. This makes Belgium one of the first countries ready for legal E-invoicing and Aditel one of the first companies to support this by launching JCommerce.Net E-invoice services. A company that selects Aditel's JCommerce.Net for its electronic invoicing, pays a yearly set-up fee of € 500. Depending on the number of documents and trading partners, a company will pay a variable communication cost of 0,2 Euro for each received or sent invoice. Aditel’s clients for its Jcommerce solution include Agfa-Gevaert, Delhaize, Electrabel, Pioneer, Recticel, Pinguin, Seagram Spirits & Wine and Vandemoortele.
