Eurostar renews networking contract with Energis |

| Energis, the UK telecommunications, internet and e-business solutions provider, announced that Eurostar, the high-speed passenger train operator from London to Paris and Brussels, has renewed Energis’ contract to supply the network infrastructure for all communications between its UK sites for another three years. Since it began operations in 1994, Eurostar has carried more than 40 million passengers between London, Paris and Brussels. It has a 64% market share on the London-Paris route and 46% on the London-Brussels route. Eurostar services are jointly operated by Eurostar (UK), French Railways (SNCF) and Belgian Railways (SNCB/NMBS). |
