Imtech combines ICT companies under one name: Imtech ICT |

| Imtech, the Dutch based technical services provider, said that the majority of its ICT companies will continue under the name Imtech ICT, effective 1st January 2003. As per 1996 Imtech has invested in structuring its ICT organisation autonomously as well as through acquisitions. Imtech belongs to the bigger ICT-companies in the Netherlands, with 700 people employed. At this moment, Imtech ICT is active in the Netherlands with nine companies. Furthermore Imtech ICT has an establishment in Spain. The majority of these ICT companies will be combined in two business units: Imtech ICT business unit Information Technology and Imtech ICT, business unit Communication Solutions Both business units offer a full range of services: from consultancy, software development, engineering and implementation to maintenance and management including education and training. |
