| LDCom, the French telecom operator, has taken over the operator Kaptech and is on the verge of taking over the French subsidiary of Belgian telecoms company Belgacom, according to a report in Le Figaro. Belgacom France said that it was in discussions with LDCom, as it was with other companies, and added that nothing had been finalised. If either of the deals goes through it will mean that LDCom, which has hitherto only had operators as customers, will have direct access to the business market. |
