Punch Graphix herschikt raad van bestuur |

| Punch Graphix heeft zijn raad van bestuur grondig herschikt. Dat is het gevolg van het bod van moederbedrijf Punch Internationaal om Punch Graphix helemaal over te nemen. De bestuurders Geoffrey White, Ken Humphreys en Nigel McCorkell werden uit hun functie ontheven. Punch International heeft Philippe Ghekiere aangeduid als nieuwe voorzitter van de raad van bestuur van Punch Graphix. Wim Deblauwe, financieel directeur van Punch International, werd benoemd tot niet-uitvoerend directeur. Punch International heeft inmiddels 92,58 % van de aandelen van Punch Graphix in handen. (MH) |
