Rettig Heating Group
Rettig Heating Group, the Maastricht based heating specialist that owns Belgium’s Radson brand, has taken an 81.5 % stake in Vogel & Noot. Rettig states the acquisition will reinforce its position in the heating industry and the European radiator industry in particular. Rettig and Vogel have complementary brands and product ranges. Vogel & Noot currently has annual sales of 130 million euros and 1,000 employees. The company enjoys a strong market position in Central Europe.
