Interbrew denies interest in Miller, Karlsberg.

Interbrew, the Belgian brewing giant, said it was not interested in making a bid for Miller Brewing, the U.S. firm put up for sale by its parent Philip Morris, or in entering talks to buy a stake in Germany's Karlsberg Brauerei KG Weber. The company said that its policy in America is to focus on the premium import business.
