Mestdagh plans to install a presence in not yet approached Belgian territories.

Mestdagh, the Belgian family-owned distribution group, which holds the exclusive rights on the French Champion supermarket brand, has disclosed plans to open 3 sales points before the end of the year. The Champion stores will probably open in Liège province, Brussels Region or Flanders, three territories where Mestdagh wants to increase its presence. Mestdagh operates 60 supermarkets spread over Belgium and employs 2200 staff.
