Sky Shops competes for acquisition of Hellenic Duty free.

Sky Shops, the Belgian airport retail group, is one out of 8 companies competing for the acquisition of Greek company Hellenic Duty Free. Aldeasa of Spain and Aelia of France are said to have presented a non-binding bid, without making a financial offer. The sale is being managed by PricewaterhouseCoopers. Hellenic Duty Free is owned by state bank Agricultural Bank of Greece. The bank is selling a 60 % stake in the group.
